Frequently asked questions
Can I import an Excel file to iPhone contacts directly?
No. iPhone and iCloud only accept vCard (.vcf) files. This tool converts Excel or CSV to vCard so you can import everything in one step.
How many contacts can I convert?
Thousands. Very large files (50,000+ rows) depend on your device’s memory, since everything runs in the browser.
Will names in Hindi or other languages work?
Yes. The file is saved as UTF-8 vCard 3.0, which iPhone reads correctly for Hindi, Gujarati, Tamil and other scripts.
