TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Infrared Techno for software development, industrial automation, or consultation, you agree to these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of our services.

2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in a specific project contract:

• All Patented Technologies used in hardware-software integration remain the property of Infrared Techno.
• Custom SaaS code developed for clients is subject to the licensing terms defined in individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

3. Professional Consultation

Our Cyber Expert Consultation is advisory. While we leverage 13+ years of forensic experience to assist victims of financial fraud and data theft, legal outcomes are subject to law enforcement and judicial proceedings.

4. Limitation of Liability

Infrared Techno shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our automation software or third-party cloud services (Haier IoT, AWS, etc.).

5. Project Cancellation

Industrial projects and SaaS subscriptions may be terminated subject to the notice period specified in your specific service contract. Initial R&D costs for hardware integration are non-refundable.
