Infrared Techno started in 2012 in Uttarakhand with a simple idea: solve real business problems with engineering, not templates. Founder Himanshu Chawla (B.Tech, Computer Science) began with hardware and embedded systems — work that led to a patent for a vehicle speed alerting & controlling device (Patent 1065/DEL/2014). The device reads speed and RPM through sensors, alerts the driver locally on over-speeding, escalates by SMS and voice call to registered phones over GSM, and can lock the vehicle's speed based on the remote reply. That project earned government and civic recognition and set the tone for everything after it.

Since then the company has built websites, custom ERP and CRM systems, billing and e-commerce platforms, data analytics work and hardware automation for clients across India — from local manufacturers to growing D2C brands.

Today Infrared Techno is positioned as an IT & AI solutions company. We build AI agents, chatbots and automation on top of solid software foundations, and we run our own SaaS product, WaZappy — a WhatsApp Business API platform with a team inbox, no-code flow builder, AI and commerce, built for Indian startups, MSMEs and enterprises.

Infrared Techno is a GST-registered proprietorship and a registered service exporter. We are a DigiLocker / Entity Locker requester organisation and a TRAI DLT-registered principal entity for commercial messaging — the kind of compliance groundwork that lets us ship identity, KYC and messaging features properly.
