WaZappyThis Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses services, platforms, hosting or tools provided by Infrared Techno, including WaZappy and the free tools on our website.
1. You must not use our services to
- Break any law, including the IT Act, 2000, consumer protection laws, TRAI regulations and data protection laws.
- Send spam or unsolicited messages, or message people without their consent.
- Distribute malware, phishing pages or deceptive content, or impersonate any person or business.
- Scan, probe or attack systems you do not own or have no written permission to test.
- Store or share content that is obscene, defamatory, hateful, infringes intellectual property, or exploits minors.
- Sell or promote goods and services prohibited by law or by platform policies (for example Meta's Commerce Policy).
- Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, billing or access controls.
- Resell or sublicense our services without written permission.
2. Security responsibilities
Keep your passwords and API keys confidential, enable two-factor authentication where available and inform us immediately of any unauthorised access.
3. Fair use
Free tools and trial plans are subject to reasonable usage limits to keep them available for everyone.
4. Enforcement
We may warn, suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, remove offending content and cooperate with authorities. Serious violations may be suspended without prior notice.
