Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every client to be satisfied. This policy explains when cancellations and refunds are possible. It applies to payments made online through our payment gateway, by UPI or by bank transfer.

1. Custom software, website, AI and integration projects

• Before work starts: if you cancel before we begin discovery or development, the advance is refunded in full minus any payment gateway charges.
• After work starts: the advance covers analysis, planning and resources allocated and is non-refundable. Work completed and approved milestones are payable.
• Milestones: payments for milestones that have been delivered and approved are non-refundable.
• Cancellation by us: if we cannot deliver the agreed scope, we refund the amount paid for undelivered work.

2. SaaS subscriptions (including WaZappy)

• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid billing period and the plan will not renew.
• Subscription fees for a period that has started are not refundable on a pro-rata basis.
• If a confirmed platform-wide outage on our side prevented use for a significant part of the period, write to us within 7 days for a review; we may offer a credit or partial refund.
• Charges paid to third parties — for example Meta WhatsApp conversation charges, SMS credits purchased from operators, or domain registrations — are governed by those providers and are not refundable by us.

3. One-time setup and onboarding fees

Setup fees (for example WhatsApp API onboarding or assisted setup) are refundable only if setup has not started.

4. Consultations

• Reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled slot for a full refund or free rescheduling.
• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are not refundable.

5. Digital marketing, SEO and GMB services

Monthly service fees are billed in advance and can be cancelled before the next billing cycle. Fees for a month in progress are not refundable. Ad spend paid to Google or Meta is governed by their policies.

6. Hardware and IoT components

Components purchased specifically for your project cannot be returned once ordered or integrated. Manufacturer warranties apply to hardware defects.

7. Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice or a payment was debited but not confirmed, write to us with the transaction reference. Verified duplicate or failed transactions are refunded in full.

8. How to request a refund

Email support@infraredtechno.com with your name, invoice or transaction ID, and reason. We respond within 3 business days.

9. Refund timelines

Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days after initiation.
