Standard Process

All approved software or service refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days directly to the original payment source.

Policy Scope

Applies transparently to standard SaaS subscriptions, custom software milestones, and industrial hardware-software integration contracts.

1. Custom Software & Industrial Automation

Because custom software development, WhatsApp API automation, and hardware-software IoT engineering involve dedicated resource deployment and extensive research and development (R&D) cycles, the following terms apply:

  • Advance Booking/Retainer Fees: Any initial advance payments or project discovery fees are strictly non-refundable once engineering analysis or development workflows begin.
  • Milestone-Based Projects: Payments made upon the completion and sign-off of specific development milestones are absolute and non-refundable.
  • Project Cancellation: Either party can request project termination by providing written notice as specified in your distinct Service Level Agreement (SLA). Upon cancellation, any unbilled hours or milestones not yet reached will not be charged.

2. SaaS Subscriptions & Platform Access

For cloud-based automated tool subscriptions, SaaS platforms, and digital access modules:

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription service at any time directly through your dashboard configuration or by contacting billing support. Your access will continue uninterrupted until the conclusion of your current active billing period.
  • Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing months or unused platform API tokens. If you believe a system-wide downtime or technical failure on our end prevented you from utilizing your package, you may submit a manual dispute within 7 days of the incident.

3. Professional Expert Consultations

Consultations booked for cyber forensic advice, security audits, or high-level technological blueprints involve fixed schedule reservations:

  • Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to **24 hours** prior to the scheduled meeting slot without any financial implications.
  • Cancellations or failures to attend a scheduled meeting window with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the complete consultation booking fee.

4. Hardware Components & IoT Integrations

For industrial systems that depend on hardware components (such as specialized microcontrollers, sensors, or edge-gateways):

Physical components ordered specifically for client infrastructure cannot be returned or refunded once integrated into custom systems or altered for deployment. Warranties on raw hardware materials remain bound strictly to the terms of their respective physical manufacturer.

5. Dispute Escalation & Settlement

In the event of an unexpected service gap or billing disagreement, we strongly encourage open communication to reach a fair settlement. All disputes, formal policy exceptions, or unique legal clarifications fall explicitly under the exclusive legal jurisdiction of the courts of **Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India**.
