You can ask Infrared Techno to delete personal data we hold about you, including data received when you connected a Facebook, WhatsApp or Google account to one of our apps.

How to request deletion

  1. Email contact@infraredtechno.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Include your name, the email or phone number you used, and the app or service (for example website enquiry, WaZappy account, newsletter).
  3. We may ask you to verify that the request comes from you.

Removing app access yourself

  • Facebook / Meta: go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, find our app and click Remove.
  • Google: visit your Google Account → Security → Third-party apps with account access, select our app and remove access.

What happens next

We confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, except for information we must keep by law (for example invoices and tax records). You will receive a confirmation once deletion is complete.
