Shipping & Delivery Policy

Infrared Techno provides mainly digital services. No physical shipping is involved for most orders.

1. Digital services and software

• Websites, applications and software are delivered by deployment to your hosting/server, through a staging link, or by sharing source code and credentials securely.
• Delivery timelines are stated in the proposal or quotation and depend on timely inputs and approvals from you.
• Reports, designs and documents are delivered by email, shared drive or WhatsApp.

2. SaaS subscriptions

Access to SaaS products such as WaZappy is provided online, usually immediately after successful payment or account activation. Login details are sent to your registered email.

3. Consultations

Consultations are delivered online (video/phone call) or in person at the agreed time. A confirmation with date and time is sent by email or WhatsApp.

4. Hardware and IoT components

Where a project includes hardware, devices are delivered by hand or by courier within India to the address in the agreement. Delivery timelines depend on component availability and are communicated before dispatch. Shipping charges, if any, are stated in the quotation.

5. Delays

If delivery is delayed for reasons on our side, we will inform you with a revised date. Delays caused by third-party approvals (for example Meta, app stores or DLT registration) are communicated as soon as we know.
